About a month ago, I lost my job when the contract was unexpectedly ended before it was supposed to.

I’ve found a new job, but it doesn’t start until December.

I’m facing eviction and my bills are stacking up. It’s just me and my furbaby I rescued. I can’t lose her.

This has been a very humbling experience. It’s hard for me to ask for help, especially in a way that’s so public. I’m used to being the one to help others. However, I’ve exhausted every other resource that I could think of, including applying for emergency housing assistance, but I made too much at my last job to qualify.

So I’m asking for help to get me to the amount I need to cover Nov and Dec rent, my light bill, auto insurance, and phone. The total is $3,666.30. I’ve already been given an eviction notice and the thought of my fur baby and I being homeless during winter is gnawing on me.

So, honestly, anything anyone can spare would be deeply appreciated and I do apologize…I know it’s the holiday season for many. Thank you.
