I am KittensForDays and I am trying to raise money for an amazing woman I know in Guatemala, Josefina. She has debilitating rheumatoid arthritis throughout her whole body that has made her almost bed-bound. She needs a very expensive surgery on her hips to keep her mobile and to allow her to continue to support her daughters in school. If they can keep up their education, they can lift her family out of the poverty they have been living in. Her daughter Kely has already graduated and wants to be a nurse, and her younger daughter Yasmin wants to be a teacher. They all need this surgery for Josefina so they can keep going on the path towards a better future for them all.
