Help Jose Sr. with flood damage

Hey everyone, my name is Jenny and I have started this page for my father in law. He lives in Conshohocken and his house was effected by the flooding from hurricane Ida. He is 81 years old and on a low income. Unfortunately, he does not have any flood insurance to help pay for the damages. His entire basement fully flooded to just a few inches shy from reaching the living room. He will need to replace his heater, hot water heater, oil tank, and other things that were unsalvageable from the flood. The electrical panel was also located in the basement and was fully submerged and will need maintenance or replacement as well. In addition to the events of this week he also suffered a stroke in May and has extensive medical costs remaining.

I know there are so many people hurting and in need right now but any bit of help would be appreciated.
