Fox news linkJose and Maria, my grandparents, have always been the heart of our family. For more than 40 years, their home in our community has been a place where they raised their six children and welcomed 25 grandchildren, filling every room with love, laughter, and memories. On November 30th, 2025, everything changed when a devastating house fire swept through their home. Thankfully, everyone made it out safely, but we suffered the heartbreaking loss of our two family dogs and the home that meant so much to all of us.
The fire left Jose and Maria with almost nothing, and the loss has been overwhelming. They now face the challenge of replacing essentials, finding a safe place to stay, and beginning the long process of rebuilding or possibly starting over somewhere new. Our family home held decades of memories, and it’s hard to imagine life without it. We want to do everything we can to help them get back on their feet and restore some sense of normalcy after such a tragedy.
We are reaching out to our friends, family, and community for support during this difficult time. Any help you can offer—big or small—will make a difference as Jose and Maria start to rebuild their lives. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone for your kindness, generosity, and support.
