On March 27, 2021 my dad, Jose Graciano was the victim of an assault and robbery. My dad’s wife Debbie was calling his phone and a San Leandro police officer answered and told her that my dad was found on the ground unresponsive. Upon her arrival she could see my dad laying on the ground unconscious in the parking lot of a shopping center in San Leandro. My dad’s wallet and car keys were missing. My dad was taken to the Hospital and had to stay for a few days as he has a brain bleed and a concussion. Not only did this assault and robbery leave my dad injured and his family scared and worried but his attacker also left him with a bunch of medical bills and he is still out there living life like it’s just another day.
