Hello my Friends. I'm Jose Sanchez and in dire need of a MRI on my spine. As you can see I've had 8 spinal fusions in the past decade and need another one. SSI barely covers monthly bills and groceries.

Insurance copay is $300 & doctor visit require $50.

Its my Birthday Month ( May 30th) and I will turn 70 and appreciate any help I can get. Its gotten to the point of no social life, guess I'm on house arrest.
