Our family is going through a very difficult time. My brother, Jose Ismael Gaucin, has been diagnosed with severe heart failure caused by left ventricular hypertrophy. His heart is enlarged and functioning at only 10% capacity.
When we were told his heart is working at just 10%, our world completely changed. Every day is a struggle for him — shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, and so much uncertainty.
Jose has always had a kind and generous heart. He was always willing to help anyone in need, no matter the situation. Today, he is the one who needs our help.
At this time, we are waiting to see if he will qualify to be added to the heart transplant list. We are praying for the opportunity for a transplant and for God to open that door at the right time.
Because of his condition, Jose is unable to work. Hospital stays, doctor appointments, medications, and ongoing tests continue to add up, and the financial burden on our family is heavy.
Even so, we are holding tightly to our faith. We believe God has the final word. We believe in His healing power, and we are praying for a miracle.

Una Oración por un Milagro para Jose Ismael Gaucin
Nuestra familia está viviendo un momento muy difícil. Mi hermano, Jose Ismael Gaucin, ha sido diagnosticado con insuficiencia cardíaca severa causada por hipertrofia ventricular izquierda. Su corazón está agrandado y funcionando solamente al 10% de su capacidad.
Cuando nos dijeron que su corazón trabaja al 10%, nuestro mundo cambió por completo. Cada día es una lucha para él — falta de aire, cansancio extremo y mucha incertidumbre.
Jose siempre ha tenido un corazón noble y generoso. Siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar a quien lo necesitara, sin importar la situación. Hoy, él es quien necesita nuestra ayuda.
En este momento, estamos esperando saber si calificará para ser añadido a la lista de trasplante de corazón. Estamos orando por la oportunidad de un trasplante y por que Dios abra esa puerta en el momento correcto.
Debido a su condición, Jose no puede trabajar. Las hospitalizaciones, citas médicas, medicamentos y estudios continúan acumulándose, y la carga financiera es muy pesada para nuestra familia.
Aun así, nos aferramos a nuestra fe. Creemos que Dios tiene la última palabra. Creemos en Su poder sanador y estamos orando por un milagro.
