Hello everyone, my name Jose is Cortez, I'm a 29 year old gentleman fighting immune thrombocytopenia Purpura (ITP) also known as low platelets. what exactly is low platelets: it's a bleeding disorder. At times my nose bleeds for a long period of time. Main reason I'm asking for help is because medical bills are building up, most of it it's already paid. I really appreciate all the help I can get.
