Help Jose get a life saving treatment

Hi, my name is Jeanette, my cousin Jose has only one limb and recently he caught an infection to his other foot he thought mothing of it and continued his daily routine to head out ealry mornings to sell books on his wheelchair until the pain worsened & now he is in danger to loose his other leg, please even 1 dollar would help, I’m asking if anyone has it in their hearts to help,

God will multiply your blessings I am asking my friends, family & coworkers to help me out with this medical emergency we have, he has no health insurance and medication is way to expensive for them out there.

Jose is diabetic and we are afraid this turns into “Gangrene, which is a medical emergency in which blood stops flowing to a specific part of your body, and tissues in that area die. Although gangrene can affect any of your body's tissues, gangrene usually begins in your fingers, toes, hands or feet. Without prompt treatment, gangrene can be fatal.”
