Update they didn’t even give us notice of his bond hearing they denied every single one - they are not giving due process - we need a lawyer asap to help at least with the bond — please help the kids miss their dad so much

UPDATE- he is in the hospital and has been ever since his arrest .. we have not been updated on his health status or spoken to him since he was booked in .. my children are suffering and have questions I can not answer for them .. help us

I am raising funds to support my kids' father, Jose. On Feb 5, 2025, my social media nightmare came to real life when my family was violated by the government in an attempt to put false charges on my kids' dad in order to gain access to his home and arrest him for immigration. They also tried to breach my home next door and violate our family by looking for others who had no previous record or issues, only that they may not have documentation. This help will go directly to him either to help him while is incarcerated or help pay for his health insurance which we need to keep active .. or legal fees .. This money is not for me or the kids my husband and I work we do not need anything.

Jose and I have 3 children, and he has end-stage renal disease due to a congenital defect. He barely can work as it is and struggles to pay the small bills he has. I have assumed the financial and daily care of our kids, but he was my neighbor in an attempt to keep him close to them. They love him and have not even been able to comprehend that they may never see him again.

He is on peritoneal dialysis and just had been diagnosed this morning with peritonitis, which is serious and can kill him. They would not acknowledge me as a caregiver or help relay any info to him, and we have not had contact with him since 10 am this morning. He is sick, and he hasn’t committed a crime other than being here illegally. The US Marshals and FBI showed up at my home for a theft by taking warrant, and I was told before he even left my yard that he had an ICE hold. They broke so many laws this morning in hopes of catching “dangerous criminals.” This is terrifying. We are not safe in our own homes.

This money will be used for legal fees, maintaining his health insurance, which is private so that he will have treatment available if we can bring him home, maintaining his bills and legal fees, and support for me and the kids while I try to help him fight this. He should not be in jail in his condition; I fear that he may never make it home.
