Hi, my name is Jose Esquivel, and I’ve been living with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) for the past seven years.

This diagnosis turned my world upside down. As the disease progressed, so did the losses, my mobility, my independence, and little by little, the parts of life many people take for granted. But I’ve never stopped fighting. I’ve researched, tried treatments, stayed hopeful, always holding onto the belief that something better could be around the corner.

Now, I finally have that chance.

Through extensive research, I discovered MSC Exosomes, a groundbreaking treatment derived from stem cells. These tiny particles are uniquely capable of crossing the brain-blood barrier and have shown promising potential in reversing the damage caused by ALS.
