Hello everyone, please help raise funds to assist Don Jose with getting his heart surgery done in Tegucigalpa. Jose is a loving and dedicated husband, father and grandfather to his wife and kids who are standing by his side and hoping for a miracle; Don Jose is also a well known and upstanding member of his community, soft spoken but kind hearted and always ready to lend a hand to those around him, he’s always worked every day of his adult life, from farming, to cab driving, he always made sure his family was being taken care of.Jose lives on the island of Roatan of the coast of Honduras, CA, a third world country where the population struggle financially and all medical expenses are paid out of pocket. Currently, the only medical care available is for primary care and minor injuries; any specialized care has to be sought on the main land and can only be done by paying out of pocket for everything, from X-rays, syringes, medicine, etc. in order for the population to receive these care, the patient has to flown for approximately 2-3 hours to the main land if possible, or in the case of Jose, he has to be taken by fairy (because of his heart he can’t fly) while being monitored by a nurse.The expectation is that Jose will get a biventeicular pacemaker, this procedure can be done by a cardiologist in the capital of Honduras by a specialist, but again, this is all out of pocket as there is no system in place like  medical insurance or even life insurance in Honduras that he is eligible for. As of now, the best quote that is being presented is for a total cost of $35,000.00.
