My name is Jose Chavez and this is my go fund me story.

Friends and Family the life we live in today is just a fight for survival but when life throws you an unexpected curve ball that you think you're covered with full-time health insurance from your job but when you get that doctor bill it's an heavy dose of reality to the face.

I was diagnosed with an heart attack this past Christmas Eve on December 24th 2024 and didn't have a clue at all or any warning signs before hand.

When I got my doctors bill I was just floored because I didn't expect how much my ER bill was gonna be despite having full coverage in which going to an premium healthcare like Stanford HealthCare in which it was way more expensive then I've ever imagine. This is why I decided to create an go fund me page here despite getting tax relief but even with that is still expensive that us americans have to way so much for healthcare.

I know this is a lot to ask and especially from me cause I rarely ask for anything but if you're able to donate to my fundraiser I would highly appreciate it a lot and I know times are rough right now with the economy in shambles and what not.

Even if it's just a dollar I highly appreciate a lot from the bottom my heart cause as they say every little counts.

I understand if you're not able to contribute but hearing me out and reading this story means a lot to me then you'll ever know honestly.
