My name is John Riggins, my co-worker and friend Jose was in a car accident on January 30, 2022. His legs and feet where crushed leaving him unable to care and provide for his 4 young children for quite some time. Jose is a single dad who just got his children settled into Williston hoping for bright future in the Bakken.
