Help Jose Basantes!!

Jose is a humble, kind and funny person. He is a husband and father of 4 children. Jose has been battling a debilitating Kidney disease for a major part of his adult life and at this moment is experiencing severe swelling, pain-issues with his feet due to effects of this disease. Jose has not been able to enjoy life’s simple pleasures like walking, standing, playing with his son or able to share quality time with his family.
