On January 10th around 3:30 pm, Jose Luis Romero Hernandez was abducted by ICE. This was recorded on his neighbor's garage camera (video below). Jose, his wife, and 3 children live in Northeast Minneapolis in the Marshall Terrace neighborhood. His wife and children have been left vulnerable and need support without Jose.

The AFL-CIO lawyers have been in touch with Jose, and he will most likely be assigned a bond hearing, or he may even be detained longer. He might be released, which could be as far away as Texas. He would need support getting back home. ICE is releasing people wherever they have them and leaving them to figure out how to get home on their own.
