On Thursday, December 4th, Jorge was unexpectedly detained by ICE. He is currently being held in Tacoma, and our immediate priority is raising funds so he can secure strong legal representation. His first court hearing is scheduled for December 15th, and having the right attorney will make a critical difference in his case.

Jorge has been a cherished member of the Tualatin community for nearly twenty years. Anyone who knows him can speak to his unwavering work ethic, kindness, and the positive impact he makes on everyone around him. For the past 18 years, he has been a dedicated member of the Tualatin Indoor Soccer staff, working tirelessly to keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming so that our community can continue enjoying the sport we love.

Now, it’s our turn to show up for him.

We’re asking our community, friends, and supporters to come together and help give Jorge the strongest chance to remain in the U.S. with his family and continue contributing to the community he has supported for so long. Any amount—big or small—makes a meaningful difference.

Jorge ha sido un miembro muy querido de la comunidad de Tualatin durante casi veinte años.
