A few months ago I started becoming fatigued and had some headaches and as days went by it became more noticeable to a point that two weeks ago I almost passed out mowing the lawn. I got some labs done that same day which came back with not very good news, they found abnormal blood cells in my blood and it all pointed to one thing, Leukemia. On Thursday I was called to the emergency room because my white blood cells were super high and I was at risk of getting a blood clot, plus they did more labs where they confirmed that the type of Leukemia is ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). Today I’m on my third day of chemotherapy and so far everything is going well, I have a long journey ahead of me and want you to know that the only words that I had to hear it was that Is treatable. So far the encouragement that I have been receiving from everyone that already knows has been absolutely power to my spirit, I understand that the first thing to getting better is to have a positive mind and I thank you all for the words of encouragement and prayers.
