This morning, our beloved cat, Jordan, suffered a heartbreaking attack by a coyote in our Encinitas neighborhood. Jordan, a sweet and curious tuxedo kitty who loves sunbathing in the window and cuddling with anyone who offers a lap, is now fighting for his life. We’re reaching out to you with heavy hearts, asking for your support to cover the urgent veterinary care he needs to recover.

The attack left Jordan with injuries, including 2 fractured teeth, 1 missing tooth and bruising to his lungs. He’s currently at the vet, where he’s receiving emergency treatment. The initial estimate for his treatment is over $5,000, and with follow-up visits, medications, and potential complications with his teeth and lungs, the costs could climb higher. We love Jordan like family and we are doing everything possible, but these unexpected expenses are overwhelming.
