My oldest son, Jordan, 22 years old, was going to school for nursing and working for a bright future. That stopped because he recently became a victim of senseless gun violence. He suffers from a fractured pelvis, a hematoma on his bladder, bullet fragments, and the bullet still in him. He was discharged from the hospital, and a week later, was taken back to the hospital for having blood clots in both of his lungs. He was recently discharged from the hospital again and will be on blood thinners for six months on top of his other medication. It is heartbreaking to see my son have to go through all of this. I am doing my best to stay strong for all three of my boys. I am finally admitting that I do need help, not easy for me to do.
Thank you to all our family and friends for your support and continued prayers. If you can, please share this with the community; anything will be greatly appreciated for Jordan’s road to recovery.
Thank you,
Elizabeth Tapia & boys❤️
