Help Jordan Fight Breast Cancer
According to breastcancer.org, one in every eight women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. Unfortunately that exact diagnosis was brought right to our family's doorstep earlier this year when Jordan was diagnosed with Stage 2 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. After meeting with the doctors Jordan was given a very hopeful prognosis, and a treatment plan was quickly put into action. In July she underwent surgery to remove the cancer, which was successful. Following the surgery, after receiving the results of the biopsy, it was determined that she would also have to undergo several rounds of radiation to begin in mid-August.
Through all of this Jordan has kept an amazing attitude. Though she has kept a smile on her face the entire time, the cancer is beginning to take a physical and emotional toll, and the inevitable financial toll is starting to creep up as well. Jordan fortunately has insurance, but the out-of-pocket expenses are quickly adding up. We have been incredibly blessed by the support she has already received from friends, family, and coworkers. Our goal is to raise $1,500 to help offset these costs.
Thank you all in advance!
