Update:
Hey Y'all,
Well, it looks like I interviewed well and had great experience but the employer has decided not to hire someone so late in the year. I've had a number of interviews and nothing seems to be sticking. So, sadly, I am asking for help now with November, and maybe December's bills so I can continue to look for and, hopefully, land a job before everything runs out again. As someone who has always pushed themselves to be self-sufficient, asking for help is really painful and I would rather do virtually anything else but here we are.
Thank you to all of you who have helped and gotten me this far and my eternal gratitude to anyone who can help now. You're all lovely people.

Hey y'all,
My name is Jordan and I am at my wit's end and asking for help. A couple months ago, the job I was contracted for ended and, try though I might, I haven't been able to find work yet. I've put in applications in the triple digits and am still struggling. I have an interview for a position coming up, but August is right around the corner, and I have spent all of my savings on rent up to this point and don't have anything left. I have medical bills, prescriptions, and utilities, but I'm just asking for help with the rent. Currently, I need $1200, and anything you can spare, even if it's just sharing this, would be immensely helpful.
I got my place because the job was supposed to be stable and I was promised I would be getting a full-time position, only to have the rug pulled out from under me and be let go. I've been homeless before, and I would really, really like to not have to experience that again, so I'm asking you to please donate what you can or, if you can't, share this as widely as possible.
As I said, I have a second interview later this week, and I am fairly certain I will get the position, but it won't pay before my rent is due, and it's a remote job, so I need to have a place to live to do it. Please, whatever you can give, I will be eternally grateful for. I just can't end up homeless again.
