Help Jordan Attend Wintergreen Music Festival

Hey y’all,

I’m excited to share that I’ve been chosen as one of just FOUR conductors to take part in the Wintergreen Music Festival this summer through the LEAD Conducting Cooperative—selected out of dozens of applicants from across the country. It’s an incredible opportunity to grow as a conductor and artist, and I’m honored to be heading to one of the most respected summer music festivals in the U.S., nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.

Wintergreen is one of the few music festivals that offers full tuition (valued at over $3,500) to accepted conductors like me, covering intensive training, masterclasses, and mentorship from top-tier artists and educators.

Over the course of the festival, I’ll be fully immersed in score study, baton technique, and developing my voice and presence on the podium. The program also includes ballet and choral conducting, leading professional chamber ensembles, observing guest conductors, and diving into the business side of being a working artist. It’s a rare opportunity designed to shape the next generation of leaders in classical music.

The only thing I need to cover is housing, travel, and food. I’m raising $1,500 to help cover:

My portion of a 16-night Airbnb stay

Travel to and from Virginia

Groceries and meals while I’m there

I feel truly blessed to have received the opportunity to study in such an intense and welcoming environment. It means the world to be in a space where I can keep pushing my craft alongside musicians who are just as passionate.
