Okay, here goes, it’s taken me a while to do this because I hate asking for help, but my Joon is very sick. We went to the Vet a few weeks ago for an ear infection and swollen glands in her neck. That Vet said it felt like her saliva glands, but she couldn’t be 100% sure without $1700. In tests and biopsies, well that didn’t happen, but she prescribed a strong antibiotic and medicine for her ears and we went home. I have been doing hot compresses on her neck and we thought she was getting better but the last few days she hasn’t eaten very much of her food and she’s drooling like a faucet. We are taking her in to the VCA Clinic in Snohomish tomorrow for another exam, thats why I am asking for any help so she can feel better and go back to her happy crazy self. I appreciate any help and will add the exam from the clinic to this story with the final cost and any info about donating directly to the Clinic. Thank you so,so much!! Beth

Update: We are finally home, it turns out Joon is a hot mess, and I say that lovingly otherwise I am going to break, Ok, she has a super bad ear infection, a scratched eye from trying to get to her ears, swollen glands in her neck and swollen lymph nodes in her neck and back legs, a low grade heart murmur and itchy skin. Today we started treatment for her eye and ears and will take care of that first, then all the swollen glands. The Dr said this could be all related to her ears or the swollen lymph nodes could be lymphoma, we will check things off as we go, so keep her in your thoughts and prayers

Update on Joon, her ears are so much better, she is loving the nice weather because she can lay outside under her favorite tree.

The antibiotics she’s on are working but I think they are making her feel a bit yucky, her appetite is down, so we are continuing to watch her closely until her next appointment.
