Help Jontue smile again after seizures

My name is Jontue, I am a devoted wife, mother, and grandma. I am also an epileptic on disability. Years ago, due to my violent seizures I had lost several of my teeth. Because I did not have insurance at the time, they eventually became severely infected. I was able to finance dental implants and had emergency surgery to get my teeth fixed. They gave me a temporary set of teeth that I was to wear for one year and then return for my permanent set. Upon returning, unbeknownst to me, they wanted to charge an additional amount for the permanent set. Unable to afford the permanent set I have been living with the ill fitting temporary set for five years. However, getting by on the temps is no longer an option now that they have begun to Crack and break. I have tried several avenues to try and get them fixed and now have insurance, but no one is willing to work with me because they did not do the initial work. The original place has agreed to discount the $13,000 to $6,000 but I am in no position to finance this. Please if you can find it in your hearts to give whatever you can I would greatly appreciate it. I take care of my family full time and can't do that if I can't care for myself. Thank you
