Help Jonny get to dialysis

Hi all, I'm April, Jonny's sister. As some of you may know, Jonny was admitted to the hospital this week with kidney failure. He was born with only one kidney, and as a diabetic that one kidney has now been destroyed.

Unfortunately, Jonny drives an old, 2 door, manual transmission, no power anything, no A/C Honda Civic. He's not able to operate the stick shift with the new port in his upper chest or with the wound on his foot, and his drive to dialysis 3 days a week is going to be about 30 minutes each way. He's needing a different vehicle to get himself to and from the places he needs to go.

He's also going to start the process for getting a kidney transplant and that's going to require A LOT of medical visits. He's filed for disability, but it's not going to be enough income to support a car payment on top of his medical expenses, car insurance, gas, etc.
