Hi! My name is Lisa, but I’m fundraising for my friend and other sister, Joni Jackson Charbonneau and her cat, Cecil. Cecil is 17 and has developed a severe heart murmur. His emergency medical treatment has put a severe strain on Joni. She is working very hard to finish grad school and has already had to spend $2500 of the money she needs for school to save Cecil’s life and to make him more comfortable in his old age. As we all know, the bills will keep coming.
