Dear friends and family,

My name is Joni Kincer. My daughter and I are asking for your help to save our home. Eight years ago, I bought a mobile home at Country Meadows Mobile Home Park. This was to be our forever home. I am a senior dealing with multiple medical issues, and my daughter is my caretaker. We are now in jeopardy of losing our home.

We have been receiving notifications since June 2025 to repair and paint. I am retired and on a fixed income, so I rely on the help of family.

I live in fear every day and am trying to hold on to my faith and hope that God has a plan .

My family and I have decided we need to hire an attorney to represent me. Although they are helping me, we still need financial support. The attorney states the park is scamming me and I have a good defense. They are asking for over $5,000.00 to keep me in my home with reasonable time and allowances for meeting the park’s demands.

Please know that any funds donated will be used for attorney fees to keep us from becoming a statistic and keep our modest home.
