Hi! I am Ronald Genesela, and I am initiating a gofundme in behalf of Jonel Genona Lingling, 21 years old male, who is presently admitted at Philippine Heart Center due to difficulty of breathing. He is diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure due to Congenital Heart Disease due to Ventricular Septal Defect. Also, they found ventricular thrombi and he is also on a blood thinner medication. At the same time he is also being treated with pneumonia and is on antibiotics for that.

He is not a candidate for a heart procedure due to pulmonary hypertension and his ejection fraction is low. So the main goal for him is to be able to breathe better, and hoping to be discharged with medications for his heart condition.

Their mother died when Jonel was only 5 years old due cancer in the spine, and unfortunately their father is not involved in his care. Their aunt who is a housekeeper took the responsibility of guiding them, The eldest brother is presently jobless and the two older brothers are construction workers earning only a little amount of money.

Their relatives contributed some money for Jonel's medications while being hospitalized and also for their food and transportation expenses.

However, Jonel will be on maintenance medications for his congested heart failure and pulmonary hypertension, and they really need help to buy those medications like Bosentan, Sildenafil, Lanoxin, Apaxiban, Furosemide and Spironolactone.
