In the wake of the death of my mother, and after the loss of my family home, I am now living in socially affordable rented accommodation for the foreseeable future. The legal cases remain - I am continuing to fight a contentious probate under the 1975 Act for Provision for Family and Dependants), together with a costs and damages civil claim. The specialist solicitors', barristers' and court fees are overwhelming. So, I am reaching out yet again for help from friends and contacts towards this.
