Hi, my name is Jonathan ("Jack"), and I'm trying to raise money to have my car fixed. It broke down on Saturday, May 7, and I just learned that it will require a rebuilt transmission, along with a few other repairs, running to around $4000.

 

I honestly don't know what I'm going to do. I need a car for work (I'm a substitute teacher), to be able to see my six-year-old son, and to volunteer at my church. But, I only have a few hundred in the bank.
