Dear Family, Friends, and Supporters. 

My name is Daniel. I would like to start by thanking each one of you for taking the time to read my son’s story and the reason why I set up this Go Fund Me. I’m a father to five children and the sole provider for my family. For those of you who know me, it’s not like me to ask for help. I’d rather help others. 

After countless scans and rounds of blood work, my youngest son Jonathan was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma stage 4.  

Jonathan is 13 years old. He’s an amazing kid with the biggest heart. He’s smart, kind, gentle, caring, and funny. The sweetest kid you will ever meet!

Your generous donations will assist with travel expenses to chemotherapy appointments, hospital visits, and other ongoing treatments. This will also help cover any medical costs, prescriptions, and alleviate lost wages. This will allow me to focus on Jonathan’s health. Recently my son Jonathan started not feeling good well again and after intensive testing sadly my sons cancer came back and for the next 6-9 months, he will be undergoing intensive treatment again. All donations will assist with travel expenses to chemotherapy appointments, hospital visits, prescriptions and other ongoing treatments.
