Help Jonathan and Justice After Car Accidents

Hello family and friends, Jonathan here. I am looking for your support to help us fund vehicle repairs, new car seat and temporary transportation costs.

On Nov 18th, 2024 I was hit by a vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign while I was driving in my 2015 Ford Escape. My vehicle was declared totaled and I was without a vehicle for almost a month. Justice and I were finally able to purchase a new vehicle, a 2020 Ford Escape on Jan 4th 2025. While headed home from work on Jan 10th 2025 I was struck head on by a driver taking a sharp turn around a corner. The other driver was ticketed for “failure to maintain lane”. The air bags deployed and the vehicle was not drivable, it was loaded on a tow truck and currently sits at the tow yard. The at fault driver (not me) was uninsured.

Justice and I work different shifts at work, so she drops our son off at daycare and I pick him up. It is crucial for us that we have two vehicles, and a car seat in each car due to our different work schedule. Due to this accident we are unable to use the car seat that was in my vehicle, so along with another car, we also need a new car seat. In the mean time I will need to find a different mode of transportation, hoping to get a rental while my vehicle is at the tow yard and shop as my insurance claim processes.

Because we just bought the car, all of our reserved funds are depleted, as the funds had went to purchasing the new vehicle. Financially we are in a bad spot with this new car accident.
