Jonas is a kind, caring, loving boy, looking forward to his future. He is a proud indigenous 16-year-old young man from Sheguindah First Nation. It hasn’t been an easy road for him, but he has learned to persevere through the toughest of situations. Recently he had a principal speaking role on an upcoming feature film titled Zombie Town, starring Dan Ackroyd and Chevy Chase. Yes, he was a zombie for part of the film.
Jonas has worked hard over the last few years to improve his life. He has worked through trauma, behaviour issues, anxiety, attachment and a learning disability diagnosis to get himself to the place he is now. He sees the career he wants...and is good at...but he needs some help getting there.
Jonas competed in Sudbury and did so well that he won an invite to the National Convention for CMTC (Canadian Model and Talent Convention) to compete for contracts and agents with high-end modelling and acting professionals.
Besides acting, Jonas’s hobbies are cooking, listening to music from all decades, and sports. He’s especially fond of playing hockey. He works hard at school and is an excellent brother to his sister Katie.
He recently got his G1 license and has been busy learning to navigate the Sudbury roads.
