Help Jonah's Family Through This Medical Crisis

Hello! For those of you who don’t know, my nephew Jonah has been in Children’s Hospital for almost two weeks now. My brother Joe and his wife Samantha are staying with him around the clock and missing a lot of work, which is causing quite the financial burden on their family.

Jonah is the most outgoing, wild, two-year-old. He has been bedridden with a fever for two weeks and also unable to walk. The doctors at Children’s were treating him for Kawasaki disease, which is an extremely rare disease. Unfortunately, the treatments did not work, which leads them to believe that is no longer the diagnosis. They are now back to square one trying to identify what is wrong with him. It is heartbreaking to see such a rambunctious little boy be completely down and so sick.

We need all the prayers we can get for our little Jonah to bring him home and start feeling better! We pray the doctors can identify what is causing him to be so sick. We pray for Joe and Sam to have comfort and peace during such a difficult journey for their little boy. We pray for big sister Izzy to have comfort while Mommy and Daddy take turns with Jonah so they can still be with her. This is a very hard situation on our close-knit family, and if you can’t donate, that’s okay, but please keep him in your prayers!
