Jonah McCarthy was born a micro preemie weighing just 15 ounces. He's now just a little over 2 months old and weighs 1 pound. He is a little miracle. Every day is a different challenge with test, blood transfusions and a recent staph infection.

We’re all praying that Jonah continues to grow and fight every challenge that comes with being so tiny and being a micro preemie.

His parents, Emily and Cade are currently unable to work their full-time jobs and they juggle being at the NICU unit and taking care of their other four children. It's so important for Jonah to have his Mom and Dad with him, to hear their voices and feel their touch. Jonah has two amazing parents helping him fight while he is in NICU, an amazing staff of Doctors and Nurses, and many family and friends praying for him every day and they are both so grateful for every one cheering little Jonah on.

They're both emotionally and financially exhausted, and won’t ask for help, so I’m asking for them. They’re both wonderful parents and I know they just want to be able to breathe and not have constant worry in their hearts. Every donation will help Emily and Cade as they care for Jonah and their other children.
