Help Jon live through physical therapy!

Hello all, I am Jonathan, some many of you may know me as Frank or Maureen’s son. I’ve recently ended up in the hospital due to a bout of silly decisions that lead to sever consequences. I, in no way, plan to ask y'all to pay my hospital debt or anything like that. I’m generally the type to try and pay someone back for a gift. But right now I just don’t see another way.

This past Wednesday I fell asleep in my computer chair for a whole night, which falling asleep at a computer in general isn’t too uncommon. The issue here was it’s a very comfy chair, the positioning of my legs relative to my arm-stands. My legs fell asleep so completely and the blood loss to my legs was so total that the swelling only worsened when I woke up.

Thankfully due to police welfare check call done by my mom I gave in and went to the hospital (of course I thought I could call out and sleep through it) . I hoped it was a sprained ankle, maybe a broken bone, maybe at worst a blood clot. But Shortly after my admission I was told my kidney and liver weren’t doing well from trying to handle all the dead nerves from the increasing swelling from my leg. This lead to the conclusion that I had been suffering from compartment*** syndrome (if you don’t think it’s real feel free to look it up cause it sounded made up to me). Which was solved by making to deep incisions on opposite sides of my leg, knee to ankle, which I got a good look at as they changed the bandages, and let’s just say they left nothing to cut, down to the bone. They finally closed one side up 4 days up on Tues and we’re hoping to be out of the ICU and to be fixing the other side tomorrow.

I have been informed my physical road to recovery is going to be a long one. And as I have no college degree, my physical body is literally the only thing I have to earn money with. So I’m kind of out of luck for now.

Thus explaining my reasoning for starting this go fund me. I’m really trying to find a way to finally make it through this dark time, maybe switch somewhere first floor when my lease ends, but generally, I just need some support while my maker (my body) is in healing.
