One of our own, Jon Hart, a prolific Bay Area live music taper, has received a terrible blow. While in San Francisco all his taping gear was stolen. If you don't know Jon personally, and you are in the Bay Area musical sphere and beyond, then you most likely have had the pleasure of listening to one or more of his recordings. Jon is a selfless member of our community. Spending his own time, money and relentless efforts in recording, mixing and mastering, uploading, and sharing more than any other human we know. He has close to 2000 shows on the Internet Archive free for download. Jon was Terrapin Crossroads archivist for years and continues to be the archivist for Stu Allen, never missing a Sunday show. Jon is one of those rare tapers that has been able to take audience recording to the next level. With your help, we can help Jon get back what was taken from him so that the music can continue to flow through him and trickle down to all of us. Thank you everybody.
