My husband Jon and I are reaching out for help because our AC unit has stopped working, and we simply can’t afford to have it fixed right now. Jon has heart failure, and I live with two autoimmune diseases. The heat in our home has made it even harder for us to manage our health. I’ve missed days of work because of this, and Jon hasn’t been able to work consistently since his industry hasn’t called him for jobs. Our house is very hot, and it’s not safe for either of us to be in this situation.

Getting our AC fixed would mean we could live in a safe, air-conditioned environment that keeps us healthy and comfortable. It would help me get back to work and allow Jon to focus on his health without the added stress of the heat. We’re doing everything we can, but right now, we need a little extra help.
