My husband and I adopted a stray dog named Jolly in Antigua. After six weeks, we were finally able to pick him up at the airport in Miami and bring him home. At his first doctor's checkup, we learned that Jolly had to be treated for heartworms and a microflare baby surrounding his heart. He also had a urinary tract infection, which was treated with Clavamox, but unfortunately, it did not work even with additional cranberry pills and plain yogurt. On top of that, Jolly's hips will need to be replaced due to Legg Calve Perthes disease.

Throughout all of this, Jolly has continued to experience blood dripping from his penis. After a physical check, the doctor discovered a tumor on his penis, known as a Transmissible Venereal Tumor, and referred us to a chemo specialist for treatment. We do not have pet insurance, and the medical bills are quickly becoming difficult to handle. Jolly is only 2 years old and deserves a chance at a happy, healthy life.

We just want to make Jolly healthier and give him a chance at a happy young life.
