My friend Jolie has been waiting 10 years to get a stomach surgery, after being turned away and not believed by doctor after doctor. Jolie finally found a doctor to help her but the surgery is in Portland, Oregon. She lives in Missoula, MT. She has a reliable vehicle to get her there, but she has $3,000 medical expenses she has to pay before surgery on December 10. The rest of the money would be used for the drive there and back, food, the stay in Oregon for recovery, and any other possible hiccups along the way.
