On Monday April 5th 2021 Brandon was admitted into North Memorial hospital for shortness of breath and for not being his normal self. They ran a bunch of tests all coming back normal and wanted to send him back home but that night in the hospital Brandon Aspirated causing severe damage to his lungs and he was placed on a ventilator. Over the past 18 days in the hospital Brandon hasn’t had much, if any improvements. He was diagonal with ARDS(Acute respiratory distress syndrome). Brandon is such a caring, funny strong guy, there’s not a thing you wouldn’t love about him. He has such a big heart and loves playing cards, cooking and playing pranks( especially with grandpa and mom) his famous line “have I told you how beautiful you are” which his mom would say oh yea Brandon I just looked in the mirror.making him laugh soo hard he would bounce up and down in his chair with a beat red face laughing. He also loves making cards with his auntie and going to craft fairs to sell his cards. Which leads to why I’m asking for help for my aunt Jolene. Jolene is a single mom and had to quit her job ten years ago to care for Brandon full time as his care giver. The day Brandon went into the hospital she lost all of her income. I don’t want her to have to worry about paying the mortgage, food, utilities or even paying for gas/parking at the hospital everyday. If you could help in anyway it would be greatly appreciated!
