Jolee is a mother of two who recently received a devastating diagnosis. Suspicious symptoms were found to be the result of invasive cancer of the breasts and lymph nodes. Jolee and her doctors are pursuing an aggressive treatment plan that includes chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation to remove and stop the spread of the cancer. Jolee will be unable to work while undergoing this extensive treatment and her husband Glenn will regularly miss work to provide necessary care and support to Jolee. In addition to this loss of income and treatments that will be intensely difficult both physically and emotionally, Jolee’s family is also anticipating crushing medical bills.
If you’ve met Jolee, you know that there’s no one else like her. Her outgoing ever-curious demeanor is striking. She puts people at ease and inspires them to consider their world and circumstances in creative and new exciting ways. Jolee is a 38 year old who loves her children fiercely. Her youngest, Levi, is 3 years old and loves car washes and trucks, but most of all his mama. 12 year old Jonah is lucky to be entering the turbulent teen years with a mother as dedicated and caring as Jolee. She is raising her sons to share her compassionate nature and zest for life, and our whole world is the better for it.
Jolee has some hard times ahead as she fights to beat this cancer. Worrying about finances is a burden we can work together to remove so she can focus on that fight and her family.
