Help Jojo with Food, Shelter & Car Repairs

I am posting this asking for help for a classmate... he has been homeless for months is hungry and been super sick near death a few times his car is now not working he is getting super depressed that no one cares about him... if anyone in the Tulare Visalia area can help out our friend and classmate please do I am going to post his name here and please be kind as it took a ton of convincing for months for him to agree to allow me to put this here but please show our classmate he is loved... please help him if you remember Joseph Ruiz(He went by Jojo Ruiz in School) or if you don't remember him and want to show another human he is important still... as I am scared of some of his statements... please help... if you aren't in the area and want to help that is great too...THANK YOU VERY MUCH !
