Help Jojo Heal and Seek Justice

I'm reaching out with a heavy heart, deeply hurt and scared for my 16-year-old son, Jojo. Recently, Jojo was falsely profiled as a robbery suspect while simply walking to pick up an order at McDonald's. Out of fear for his life, he ran when unknown individuals charged at him, not realizing they were police officers. In the chaos, Jojo was injured by these officers, leaving him with bruised ribs, facial contusions, a sprained ankle and wrist, and numerous cuts and bruises all over his body. Beyond the physical pain, the emotional toll is unbearable-Jojo is absolutely traumatized and struggling to cope with the fear and anxiety this incident has caused. He will require extensive trauma therapy to begin the long journey of healing.

This situation has left us shaken and overwhelmed, both emotionally and financially. We are asking for your support to help cover Jojo's medical expenses, therapy costs, and any legal resources we may need to ensure justice is served and his future along with the future of other young teenage boys are protected.
