Hello everyone,

My name is Joi. I will make this short.

I am not doing well, and I need your help.

The last few years have not been kind to me. I've been laid off twice since October 2023, faced multiple surgeries and procedures, battling a multitude of debt, going through physical therapy, battling life-altering medical conditions (it's a long list), late payments on utilities, and now I am on the verge of losing the only place myself, my daughter Taylor, and my dog Toby have to live.

If I can't pay my rent, we have nowhere else to go. Nowhere to live. I don't have enough for this month. This is why I need your help.

I never thought in a million years that I would be facing this, but here I am. I am just thankful that I have been able to make it this long, given the hoops I have had to go through to survive.

I am usually a very private person, and I never ask for money from people online, let alone my friends. If you find it in your heart, I would appreciate every bit of financial help. If this post is still up, then I haven't met my goal. I will delete it once I have enough for my rent. Thanks in advance ❤️

P.S. - Yes, I have applied for assistance and taken the necessary steps to gain employment. Unfortunately, being ill back-to-back has slowed my progress tremendously. Thanks to the family and friends who have helped me so far.
