Hi, my name is John-Terry Broughton, and I am 17 years old. I have recently signed a scholarship with Rio Grande University in Ohio USA with this I have to add quite a lot of money. I am currently studying full-time at college as well as working part-time saving money to pay as well as my parents helping me out so have started just giving to see if anybody or company would be willing to donate/ sponsor me to help me out with the costs. Since I could walk all I've wanted to do is kick a ball and have played for teams since I was 6 and this is a wonderful chance for me to keep progressing as a footballer as well as do a degree in Business Management over 4 years in the States. Any help would be massively appreciated and means the world to me.

I thought I would update this page to let you know what's been happening.

We have been raising money as well as this page, We have been doing raffles, football cards and had a little fun day, as well as donations.

We are still raising money as we are not at the target just yet.

I am 18 now I have made it over to Ohio what a journey it has been so far.

I have been here now for nearly 4 weeks, I have started uni doing Business Management and Accounting, I am in lessons 4 days a week.

I train for Soccer 6 days a week after my lessons. I have had 2 games so far and been in the starting 11 for the Soccer team, We won both games.

I have met a lot of new people from all over the world that I have made friends with.

I am enjoying my time here and would love to carry this on but I'm after just a little help if you can help me I would be very grateful.
