Help Johnny with medical bills and recovery

Hey my name is Johnny im a father of 5 amazing kids (3 girls & 2 boys) and my wife and i have been together for 17 years.
I was recently in a motorcycle accident that has change my life. My femur and clavicle was fractured, torn meniscus, face was caught in the barbed wire fence and cheek was completely ripped off, also my ribs were brused, and separation of the acromioclavicular joint.
Due to this accident It isn't yet determined when I am able to do regular daily activities nor am I able to work. Medical bills are piling up and I am unable to afford them at this moment due to my injuries I am unable to work. My wife is my caregiver and works from home but it just isn't enough to cover rent, household bills and now these high medical bills.
It would be greatly appreciated if you can help donate to help cover some of the financial hardship my family and I are experiencing.
