Help Johnny Brande Beat Sarcoma

I am reaching out to our community to help the Brande family. Their 15-year-old son, Johnny, was recently diagnosed with a rare cancer, Ewing's Sarcoma. Johnny is a dedicated high school student-athlete with a passion for golf who has grown up in Palm Desert. He is a wonderful brother, son, and friend. Johnny is strong and resilient and now needs a team to rally around him.

Johnny completed his first treatment at UCLA Hospital Sarcoma Center last week. Johnny's cancer is treatable, but his treatment will last a minimum of a year and include chemotherapy every other week for 3-4 months, surgery, daily radiation and physical therapy for 2-3 months and then 4 to 5 months of more chemotherapy. Chemotherapy will alternate between 5-day and 2-day inpatient treatments. The financial burden of these treatments, along with extensive costs in traveling to Los Angeles, will be significant. Many of these costs are not covered by insurance and will fall on the family to cover. This GoFundMe will help ease the financial burden so the family can concentrate on Johnny's treatment and recovery.
