Error within NV’s Cosmo Board has caused a lapsed License :(

JohnMark has overcome addiction and achieved sobriety, becoming a successful aesthetics instructor and professional. However, a technicality with The Nevada State Board of Cosmetology has caused the status of my Aesthetics license to lapse, and reinstatement & renewal has resulted in a significantly and frankly unfair financial burden that I am unable to pay, which is preventing me from moving forward with a fantastic and rewarding career opportunity as a master aesthetician and instructor at a school in the Reno area.
